The calculations and estimates provided by our estimators (including the Exit Value & Multiple Estimator) are for educational and simulation purposes only and do not constitute formal business valuations or financial audits.

Submitting spam data, automated submissions, or attempt to bypass security measures (including honeypot validations) is strictly prohibited.

Final valuations are determined solely by market buyer negotiations and independent appraisal audits.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pelham Insights LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
